Mr Fischer,

This years Presidents Day, Feb. 18th 2008 was the day after NASCAR's premier race: the Daytona 500. Ryan Newman (getting a huge push from teammate Kurt Busch) surprised the racing world by defeating Tony Stewart.

I find it surprising that you have no comment. If there is one sport that breaks up the endless drivel of the 2 party system it is NASCAR. Surely you are not a "sports" purest who thinks racing fans would be better off watching traffic on highway 270?

What say you?

NASCAR is no doubt the fastest boring sport in the US and we have discussed bringing on a NASCAR correspondent for the show. With your ability to name three drivers you may be just the guy we are looking for. Could you start with a story on who you see as the top 3 or 4 tire changers on the circuit this year?

Nothing sucks as bad as boring (BIG GIGANTIC YAWN) college football. And other so called “team” sports, especially the “professional” (generally played by millionaire convicted felons) sports.
