Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani will be in St. Charles on Monday. Giuliani will be at the Columns Banquet Center, 711 Veterans Memorial Parkway, and the event is free and open to the public. The doors open at 10:15 and the event begins at 10:30.

U.S. Senator Kit Bond, who is heading Giuliani's bid in Missouri, will accompany Giuliani to the rally. Following the rally in St. Charles, Giuliani will head to another rally in Mt. Vernon, Mo. later that same day.
